Copyright, Privacy and Reproductions. The Photographer shall own the copyright in all images created and shall have the exclusive right to make reproductions for, including but not limited to, marketing materials, portfolio entries, sample products, editorial submissions, and use, or for display within or on the Photographer’s website and/or studio, based on choice below.
Hallie Renee Photography would love to share your images on their instagram account to
promote these sessions, however no images will ever be posted without your consent. Please
initial one of the following:
_____ The Client releases ALL photographs taken during the session to the Photographer for
marketing, sample, illustrative, promotional, and other use, including—but not limited to—social
media, website, pamphlet, and advertisement purposes.
OR
______The Client releases ONLY photographs taken during the session that do not depict the
face or any identifying markers/tattoos.
OR
______The Client does NOT release the photographs for promotional use by the Photographer
and requests that all images depicting {his/her} likeness not be shared.
